"Hi, You have a scheduled appointment with Kevin Velasco from Palomar Restoration Services Inc for Friday 06/13 at 8:00am, at 3580 Coconut Way, Oceanside. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time".
"Hi Mr. Smith,  Kindly let us know as soon as you are ready for us at Palomar Restoration Services Inc, to move forward with the mitigation project in your basement.  If you have any questions, feel free to let us know.  Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time".
"Dear Stephen, Please find attached Estimate 1525 related to the remodeling work for 959 Vine Unit 5, Oceanside, CA 92054. Once approved we will need  a 10% deposit on the start date of the project.  We look forward to receiving your approval.  Kind Regards, Aurora Gordillo.Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time".

C. Message Frequency:

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 10 SMS messages per week related to Scheduling, follow up, invoices and collection.

Example:

"Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments of account status".

D. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

F. Opt-Out Method:

  • We accept payments via debit & credit card, check, and ACH.

  • Late payments may be subject to interest or collection fees.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days in advance.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are based on the stage of the project and materials already purchased.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • We offer warranties on certain services and workmanship. These terms will be outlined in your contract.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, natural disasters, or third-party interference.

8. Website Usage
