1. SMS Terms & Conditions

A. SMS Consent Communication:

The information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

B. Types of SMS Communications:

If you have consented to receive text messages from Palomar Restoration Services, you may receive messages related to the following:

  • Scheduling,
  • Follow up,
  • Invoices,
  • Estimates
  • and Collections​

C. Message Frequency:

Messaging frequency will vary depending on the type of communication. For example you may receive  up to  1-5  messages per week related to follow ups, scheduling, estimates, invoices and collections. Or you may receive up to 20 SMS per day during your event.

D. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

E. Opt-In Method:

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from PALOMAR RESTORATION SERVICES in the following way:

  • By submitting an online form

F. Opt-Out Method:

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

G. Help:

If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly from us at repairs@palomarrs.com

Additional Options:

  • Comply with any permit or inspection requirements unless otherwise arranged.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due according to the terms outlined in the contract.

  • We accept payments via debit & credit card, check, and ACH.

  • Late payments may be subject to interest or collection fees.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days in advance.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are based on the stage of the project and materials already purchased.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • We offer warranties on certain services and workmanship. These terms will be outlined in your contract.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, natural disasters, or third-party interference.
